Import a key to sign operation with the side-effect of setting the Tezos instance to use the InMemorySigner provider
Parameters
- toolkit: TezosToolkit
  The toolkit instance to attach a signer
- privateKeyOrEmail: string
  Key to load in memory
- Optionalpassphrase: string
  If the key is encrypted passphrase to decrypt it
- Optionalmnemonic: string
  Faucet mnemonic
- Optionalsecret: string
  Faucet secret
Returns Promise<void>
