parse bytes into multiple items of an array
Parameters
- value: Uint8ArrayConsumer
  Uint8ArrayConsumer class of forged segment to parse
- bytesLength: number = 4
  default 4 bytes for length of variable bytes
Returns Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>[]
array of Uint8Array values for each array item
